Middle-aged men need to be patient to retain their sexuality

On July 22, the Daily Mail published an article on sexuality written by renowned French male sexual health expert Ronald Vellago. The article was written by the famous French male sexual health expert, Ronald Villago. This time, he gave advice to middle-aged men on how to retain their sexual power. Before the age of 40, less than 10% of men have erectile dysfunction, and as blood vessels age, the rate of erectile dysfunction reaches 50% after the age of 40. However, regular sex can help enhance erections, protect the male prostate and slow down the degree of penile atrophy. In other words, the sexual organ will gradually waste away if it is not used. The older you get, the more patient you have to be with yourself. The period of inactivity for a 16 year old boy is only a few minutes, while for a 90 year old man it can be up to a month. Therefore, the older you get, the more you should be patient with yourself and not get discouraged. Never neglect sleep. Sleep is the repair of cells and tissues throughout the body, including the sexual organs. Men experience 4-5 erections during sleep accompanied by a healthy rhythm. Sleeping erections dilate the walls of blood vessels, delivering more oxygen and nutrients to the genitals. Take care of your prostate. The prostate, an important sexual organ for men, is highly susceptible to aging due to the low number of blood vessels. To keep your prostate healthy you have to: not smoke, maintain a regular sex life, and maintain a healthy weight. In addition, eating less red meat and drinking more healthy juice is good for prostate health. Don’t worry too much about size. The penis may shrink as you age, but don’t worry too much, regular sex can minimize the shrinkage.
