Comparison of uterine cavity conditions in IVF-ET with different pregnancy outcomes by hysteroscopy

To compare the uterine cavity in different pregnancy outcomes of IVF-ET by hysteroscopy and to analyze the outcome of repeat pregnancies Aim: To observe the uterine cavity in different pregnancy outcomes of in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer ( )cPIFQ) and the repeat pregnancies after treatment of patients with abnormal cavity! Methods: Retrospective analysis of %L! cPIFQ cases undergoing hysteroscopy, group )cPIFQ cycle before routine hysteroscopy ! $cases, 2 groups of ectopic pregnancy after FQ #L cases, 3 groups of # or multiple FQs without pregnancy !!! % cases, * Xu Sijuan group of reproductive center of Gansu Provincial Maternal and Child Health Hospital had early spontaneous abortion after FQ ##. The hysteroscopy was done in 2″3″* groups after the occurrence of adverse pregnancy outcomes! The results of hysteroscopy were compared between the two groups, and those with abnormalities in the uterine cavity were treated accordingly to observe the pregnancy outcome of )cPIFQ after treatment! Results: The rate of hysteroscopic abnormalities was lower in the group with hysteroscopy than in the group with 2″3″* ( )G “1”%), and the incidence of uterine adhesions was significantly higher in the group with * than in the group with ,2″3 ( )G “1”#) ! Pregnancy rate /.1 /%7 after treatment of abnormal uterine cavity, ectopic pregnancy rate $1 %$7, early spontaneous abortion rate #!1 &/7! Conclusion: Hysteroscopy should be included as a routine examination before )cPIFQ in patients with adverse pregnancy outcome from )cPIFQ assisted pregnancy to improve the clinical pregnancy rate and implantation rate in repeat cycles and thus improve the live birth rate!
