Stop your child from becoming obese: Tips for parents: 1. Set a positive example for your child by adopting an energetic lifestyle yourself and participating in activities that are shared by all family members; 2. Guide your child to join age-appropriate physical activities and recreational activities, buy toys and equipment for your child that will allow him to be active; 3. Take your child to places where they need to be active; 4. Do some fun physical activities including anything that will make him happy, both tangible and intangible; 5.
