Routine prostate tests and ultrasound examinations are also done to see if the problem is caused by prostate inflammation or prostate enlargement. Sex hormone tests are also done to determine if there are abnormal testosterone levels and if erectile dysfunction and rapid ejaculation are related to endocrine abnormalities.
