I. Principle A certain dose of radionuclide emitting β-rays is used as the external irradiation source and is applied to the lesion to produce ionizing radiation biological effect on the lesion through β-rays to achieve the treatment purpose. β-rays applicator is designed according to this principle. Indications 1. skin capillary hemangioma 2. keloid 3. chronic limited eczema, bright red spot rash, limited neurodermatitis and bullous pemphigoid etc. 3. treatment method 1. first clean the lesion (hairy parts should be de-haired first), then align the prepared applicator according to the shape of the lesion and fix it with medical tape 2. treatment method: it can be divided into treatment or high dose method. Different doses are given for different diseases and ages. Split-dose method: 4-10 times of dressing, 1-2 times a week; high-dose method: the first course of treatment is given once in high dose, and then again after two weeks if it is not effective. 2-3 months later, if it is not healed, the second course of treatment is carried out. 3. The dressing should be removed immediately after a certain period of time to reach the expected dose of irradiation, do not increase or decrease the dressing time at will. Efficacy 1. The recent cure rate of neurodermatitis, chronic eczema and psoriasis is 70-80%, and the effective rate is 98-100%. 2. The cure rate of skin hemangioma is 70-80%, and the effect on capillary hemangioma is better. V. Precautions 1. Reduce friction to the irradiated local tissues and keep the skin hygienic. 2.During the treatment period, hot water scalding and scratching are prohibited to avoid damage and infection. 3.When the affected area is damaged or infected, the dressing treatment should be terminated and symptomatic treatment such as anti-infection should be applied. 4.Surgical scar is best treated in time after wound healing and stitching.
