How to treat a mass in the lower right abdomen

Patient: Description (onset time, main symptoms, hospital visited, etc.): You, I am 33 years old, right lower abdomen a pack fast pressure pain, found about a month, mouth bitter, poor digestion, eating bloating, no fever, no diarrhea, tumor markers have been checked normal values. ultrasound: right lower abdomen below the point of wheat 50 * 40 * 46 heterogeneous hypoechoic, internal part of the regular hyperechoic, the boundary is still clear, still regular. Colonoscopy: an elevated lesion near the opening of the appendix, about 2*3 cm, with obvious surface edema, congestion, erosion, and positive tenderness (pathology: active chronic inflammation of the mucosa at the opening of the appendix with erosion and bleeding); about 0,2*0,3 cm flattened bulge near the hepatic flexure colon, with congestion and erosion on the surface, and intact mucosa of the remaining colon segments and rectum, with clear vascular texture. CDFI: colored blood flow signal could be detected in it. The inner diameter of the intestinal canal was widened around the mass, and a dark fluid area was seen within. The right lower abdomen was a heterogeneous occupancy, and the abdominal cavity was partially dilated with fluid accumulation in the intestinal canal. Cefaclor was continued for one week. CT enhancement examination: soft tissue mass in the right side of the pelvis in front of the lumbaris major muscle, with poorly defined borders, showed heterogeneous enhancement after enhancement, other liver, kidney, pancreas and prostate were normal, and there was no effusion in the pelvis and abdominal cavity. The soft tissue mass in front of the lumbar muscle on the right side of the pelvis, consider the possibility of infectious lesions, further examination is recommended to exclude periappendiceal abscess, I have done ultrasound and colonoscopy, please ask the doctor what my mass is ah ah ah? What is the next step of treatment? I have been taking anti-inflammatory medication for two weeks now and have no symptoms except for a mass (feels smaller?). Do I still need to take anti-inflammatory drugs? I heard that anti-inflammatory drugs should not be taken for a long time. Can I rule out Crohn’s and intestinal tuberculosis with my symptoms? Doctor: you can try using 50% magnesium sulfate wet and hot compress, the method is: wet the towel with warm water, wringing, pour 50% magnesium sulfate onto the towel, put it on the right lower abdomen, you can put a hot water bag on it, 20 minutes each time, 4 times a day, to treat periappendiceal abscess. The effect is very good.
