With the popularization and improvement of lumpectomy technology, the surgery of abdominal wall hernia can be completed by lumpectomy. After clinical application, I personally know that the advantages of lumpectomy inguinal hernia are huge: 1. Since the patch completely covers the musculo-pubic orifice, the postoperative recurrence rate is the lowest among all types of surgery. Since I performed the lumpectomy hernia repair, there has been no recurrence case. 2. Various pains and discomforts of patients are significantly reduced after surgery. The hard patch can be felt near the hernia ring unlike traditional surgery. 3. There is basically no incision after surgery, which is more beautiful, and the sensation and touch of the operated area is not different from normal tissue. 4. There is basically no risk of infection in lumpectomy, and there is no problem of patch histocompatibility.
