  Frostbite is a common winter disease, which is a limited inflammatory damage caused by cold.   1.Preventing cold and keeping warm
  First of all, we should pay attention to cold and warmth, wear gloves, windproof ear muffs and scarves when we go out, and our shoes should also be able to keep warm.
