Lingzhi Panax notoginseng Hawthorn drink: 30 grams of Lingzhi, 4 grams of Panax notoginseng powder, 200 ml of hawthorn juice. Simmered chicken with He Shou Wu: 30 grams of He Shou Wu, one hen (about 1250 grams). Research He Shou Wu into a fine powder, wrapped in gauze and set aside. Slaughter the hen, remove the hairy pile and viscera, wash; put the bag of Shou Wu medicine into the chicken’s belly, put it in a tile pot, add water to the right amount, simmer. Remove the bag from the chicken’s belly, add salt, ginger and wine in the right amount.
5.Yin deficiency of liver and kidney type
Symptoms: paralysis and numbness of the shoulders and neck, or atrophy of the muscles of the hands and feet, or tightness of the limbs, unstable walking, accompanied by dry mouth, body shriveling, flushed face, insomnia, bitterness of the mouth and throat, skin nail fault, dry stool, short urine, red and vivid tongue, no or little coating, thin pulse.
Treatment: Nourish the kidney and liver
Chinese herbal medicine: use sage, maitake, asparagus, wolfberry, etc. Eat more persimmons, silver fungus, sesame seeds, rock sugar, black bone chicken and duck.

Licorice and cinnamon beef: 6 grams of licorice, 1000 grams of yellow beef, 3 grams of cinnamon, salt, fennel, ginger, mash juice, sugar, cooked vegetable oil, fresh soup. (5) Press the shoulder well: press the middle finger on the opposite shoulder well point, from light to heavy pressure for 10 to 20 times, alternating sides. Effects: Promotes the circulation of the meridians, disperses cold and fixes pain.
(6) massage the large vertebrae: four fingers together on the upper back, repeatedly massage the large vertebrae points 20 to 30 times, until the local heat, efficacy: to disperse wind and cold, blood circulation.
(7) press the inner and outer pass: the tip of the thumb of one hand on the other hand, the middle finger on the outer pass point, press and knead for 0.5 to 1 minute, alternating hands. Effect: Ningxin Tongluo, broadening the chest and moving Qi.
(8) pinch and knead hegu: the thumb tip of one hand on the other hand of the hegu point, thumb pinch and knead 10 to 20 times, alternating hands. Effect: dredge the wind and relieve the table, open the body and awaken the mind.
