  To improve the effect of high-dose 131 iodine treatment, please read the following precautions carefully: 1. No iodine diet: Please abstain from eating foods and medicines with high iodine content such as fish, sea shrimp, crabs, kelp, seaweed, seaweed, snapper and other aquatic products, eggs, fresh milk (note: pure milk and sour milk can be consumed, cola, herbal tea, cooking oil, soy sauce, cold dishes, and traditional Chinese medicine (such as seaweed, oyster, kombu, summer cucumber, yellow crops, etc.) from January 1, 2012. oysters, kombucha, summer cress, yellow herb seeds, etc.  Tips: ① Try to eat non-iodized salt, if you cannot buy non-iodized salt, you can dissolve it in boiling water and boil it for 60 minutes before use.  If you cannot, boil the salt in a pot for 60 minutes and then prepare it for use.  ③ Try to dine at home, if you dine out, please consume boiled, stewed or steamed dishes, do not consume copious dishes, cold dishes, and cold dishes.  2. Stop taking Eugenol or thyroid tablets. If you have started taking oral eugenol or thyroxine tablets as suppressive therapy, please stop taking them as of January 1, 2012.  3. Be admitted to the hospital. Please come to our department for 131 treatment on an empty stomach in the morning of January. Note: Register first, then go to the outpatient clinic or department to get the “admission certificate”, and then go to the nuclear medicine department on the first floor of the inpatient department after the admission procedure.
