How to cure goose foot bursitis

The bursa of the goose foot is located between the joint tendon stop of the suture, thin femoral muscle and semitendinosus muscle and the medial tibial collateral ligament, and is named because the three tendons are connected by a dense fibrous membrane, shaped like a goose foot. Frequent and repeated small local traumas, such as horseback riding and livestock riding, are often the cause of this disease. Goose foot bursitis (anserina bursitis) is mainly characterized by medial knee pain and localized masses, and can often be misdiagnosed as chronic arthritis, medial meniscal injury, and medial collateral ligament injury. Generally, it can be cured by non-surgical treatment, such as topical Furtaline emulsion, joint pain relief cream, braking and less exercise for a period of time (more than 1 week), but if non-surgical treatment does not work, surgical excision should be used.
