What is the intervention for pregnancy in the scarred area of the uterus?

  Cesarean scar site pregnancy (CSP) is a relatively rare ectopic pregnancy in which the embryo is implanted in the tiny gap of the cesarean scar. DSA interventions can successfully preserve the patient’s uterus and reproductive function and can replace emergency open lesion hysterectomy or hysterectomy.  (A) indications for interventional treatment of uterine scar site pregnancy 1, diagnosed as uterine scar site pregnancy; 2, willing to receive interventional radiotherapy, young patients who wish to preserve the uterus; 3, patients with stable vital signs and no obvious intra-abdominal bleeding; 4, laboratory tests WBC>3.5*109/L. (B) contraindications to interventional treatment of uterine scar site pregnancy 1, coagulation dysfunction; 2, severe Liver and kidney insufficiency; 3. Patients with unstable vital signs, unable to move or with multiple intra-abdominal bleeding.
