Frozen shoulder, also known as frozen shoulder, is caused by soft tissue injury to the shoulder, pain around the shoulder joint, heavy at night, impaired active and passive movement in all directions of the shoulder joint, and progressive aggravation, resulting in impaired movement of the shoulder joint, which is common in middle-aged and elderly people aged 40 to 60. In other words, the active and passive movement of the shoulder joint is not possible in patients with frozen shoulder. The most obvious movement in female patients is that they cannot comb their hair, touch the back of their head or feel their back. In contrast, neck and shoulder pain caused by cervical spondylosis is due to degeneration and hyperplasia of the cervical spine and compression of the nerves. If there is clearly nerve damage and a decrease in muscle strength, even though the shoulder joint cannot be moved actively, it can be moved passively, that is, during the examination, the patient’s shoulder joint can be moved passively in all directions with the assistance of the doctor.
