Can pear-shaped muscle injuries heal on their own?

A pear-shaped muscle injury can heal on its own in most cases. A pear muscle injury can be caused by muscle damage, localized stress, and most heal on their own in about 30 days. Patients with a pear muscle injury may experience edema or pain, and when pain occurs, they can take some non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs for relief, such as lexapro. Pear muscle injury can also be relieved by physical therapy and massage. Patients can also apply hot towels, or hot water bags for external application. During the treatment period, it is important to avoid prolonged sitting and standing, and to rest for a period of time lying flat or on the side. Patients with pear-shaped muscle injury need to rest and do not do too much strenuous exercise, etc., otherwise it will slow down the muscle recovery time. So patients should wait until they have fully recovered before exercising normally, and try to avoid stimulating foods in their diet.
