Are buried wires associated with lumbar spinal stenosis?

Threading can be used to treat lumbar spinal stenosis, but whether or not threading can be used is related to the severity of the lumbar spinal stenosis.
1. Lumbar spinal stenosis refers to a disease in which the lumbar muscles are strained due to excessive lumbar activities, resulting in narrowing of the lumbar spinal canal, which can squeeze the spinal cord, dural sac or nerve root tissues in the spinal canal, thus causing pain in the lumbar back and other manifestations of the disease.
2. When lumbar spinal stenosis causes sensory abnormalities and decreased muscle strength in the lower limbs, or even intermittent claudication, the main treatment is to reduce the pressure on the nucleus pulposus and other tissues in the spinal canal through the buried wire treatment, so as to alleviate the pain and other uncomfortable symptoms.
3. Generally speaking, lumbar spinal stenosis with mild symptoms can be significantly improved through threading treatment, but for lumbar spinal stenosis with severe symptoms and claudication, the treatment effect is not obvious and threading treatment is not recommended. Therefore, the choice of threading should be based on the severity of the individual’s lumbar spinal stenosis.
