How is celiac disease surgery done

Cervical erosion is a normal morphological change of the cervix, and not all cervical erosion requires surgery. If severe cervical erosion is combined with precancerous lesions, a laparoscopic cervical conization is possible. Cervical erosion is currently referred to as “cervical columnar epithelial ectasia”. The part of the cervix that is seen on gynecological examination is the part of the cervix that is covered by ectopic columnar epithelium. Most cases do not require treatment. In the past, surgical conization was often used to treat cervical erosion due to the lack of knowledge about it. Currently, treatment of cervical erosion is mostly done without surgery. If cervical erosion is combined with increased leucorrhea, contact bleeding, irregular vaginal bleeding, etc., symptomatic medications or physical methods such as laser therapy, cryotherapy, electrocautery, microwave, etc. are required. Depending on the degree of cervical erosion, the appropriate method should be chosen. If the cervical erosion is heavy and chronic for a long time, it may lead to cervical precancerous lesions. It is recommended that HPV and TCT tests be performed regularly every year and if positive, surgical methods can be adopted. Lipo knife conization is commonly used. Therefore, cervical erosion usually does not need to be treated and it is recommended to consult a regular hospital and give timely symptomatic treatment. Regular examination of the cervix is necessary, not to prevent cervical erosion, but to prevent cervical cancer.
