Moderate fatty liver transaminases may be normal or elevated.
Moderate fatty liver is caused by excessive fat accumulation in the liver cells and does not correspond directly to the level of aminotransferases.
It is possible for moderate fatty liver to have normal aminotransferases, and for these patients, a gradual return to normal can be achieved by making lifestyle changes, abstaining from alcohol, eating a low-fat, high-fiber diet, increasing activity, and controlling weight to promote moderate fatty liver.
Moderate fatty liver may also lead to elevated transaminases, for this type of patients can be given to protect the liver and lower the enzyme drugs, such as silymarin capsule, diammonium glycyrrhizinate enteric-coated capsule, bisabolol tablets and other medications, to promote the return of liver function to normal.
Patients with moderate fatty liver disease are advised to seek medical advice and follow the doctor’s instructions, do not take medication on your own.
