Minimally invasive treatment of cervical spondylosis and lumbar synostosis without incision, low temperature plasma

Headache and dizziness, tinnitus and eye swelling, panic and chest tightness, neck, shoulder and back pain, upper limb numbness or anterior chest pain, unstable walking (cervical spondylosis), acute and chronic low back pain and leg pain (lumbar spondylosis), just like acupuncture, percutaneously puncture a needle into the degenerated protruding disc, stimulate the action of plasma for 10-20 seconds, it can make part of the disc tissue cavitation and crumpling, the original abnormally high disc pressure is decompressed, the surrounding nerves, dura, blood vessels The patient’s painful symptoms are relieved as the stimulation and compression of the surrounding nerves, dura and blood vessels are reduced. The vast majority of patients show immediate results after minimally invasive surgery, which can be described as immediate. If a spine surgeon did not have personal experience and judged from conventional medical experience, he or she would not even believe that such a small (minimally invasive) change in the disc would solve so many big problems for the patient. Cryogenic plasma disc nucleoplasty is one of the best minimally invasive treatments for cervical spondylosis, lumbar discogenic back pain and early lumbar disc herniation. Our medical group specializing in spinal disease has introduced advanced equipment and technology imported from the United States to treat cervical spondylosis, cervical and lumbar disc herniation, and discogenic neck pain and lumbar pain with satisfactory results, and has accumulated more than 300 cases of successful experience in the past five years. Efficiency: immediate efficiency rate is more than 95%, long-term excellent rate is about 70~80%. The general hospitalization is 2~3 days with local anesthesia. Safety: less than 2% complication rate, 301 cases of cervical plasma treatment, 3 cases of bleeding at the puncture site, 1 case of infection, 1 case of suspected esophageal injury, 1 case of broken knife head, the above complications were cured and did not affect the treatment effect. Advantages: 1. Accurate positioning. Accurate positioning under C-arm X-ray machine or stereotactic instrument, directly on the lesion of the nucleus pulposus, data accurate to less than 1mm, angular error of less than 1 degree, so that the treatment is more accurate and effective, without injuring any normal tissue. 2.No nerve injury. Due to accurate positioning, low temperature environment (40 degrees-70 degrees), operation under wakefulness and pre-stimulation test, no nerve of the patient will be damaged in the treatment. 3.Minimally invasive and green. The diameter of treatment needle electrode is only 0.7mm, just like an acupuncture needle, the whole treatment without analgesics, antibiotics, hormones, just a physical change process, no side effects on the human body, making the treatment greener and more humane. Indications: To be determined after consultation by a specialist. 1, cervical disc herniation, cervical spondylosis, including neurogenic cervical spondylosis, sympathetic cervical spondylosis, mixed cervical spondylosis, mild spinal cord type cervical spondylosis, the effect of cervical disc herniation lesion-based is better. 2, lumbar disc herniation (fibrous ring intact), discogenic lumbago – black disc disease. 3, thoracic disc prolapse disease, soft compression is dominant. There are many treatment methods for cervical spondylosis and lumbar disc herniation, but the conservative treatment cycle time is long, the condition is often repeatedly delayed, and some stubborn patients do not heal; open traditional surgical treatment, although thorough and efficient, but due to the cost of trauma and national habit psychology, and often the last option. Principle: Low-temperature plasma disc pulpoplasty, a new technology that emerged in the 21st century, is a precise and controlled method of disc decompression through the principles of plasma cryoablation and thermal crinkling. This advanced technology first uses low-temperature plasma ablation technology to vaporize part of the nucleus pulposus tissue in real time to reduce the volume of the nucleus pulposus; then uses precise thermal crinkling technology to heat up the nucleus pulposus tissue contacted by the blade to about 70 degrees to reduce its volume for treatment purposes. The plasma electrode (commonly known as the tip) enters the fibrous ring through percutaneous puncture with a 0.6mm diameter trocar needle, without any adverse effect on the stability of the fibrous ring and surrounding tissues. Thus the technique has incomparable safety and minimally invasive features of traditional therapy. Diagnosis of esophageal disease. Thus, when a patient has frequent headache, toothache, vertigo, nausea, vomiting, eruption, insomnia, visual impairment, tinnitus and deafness, foreign body sensation in the pharynx, abnormal taste and smell and skin sensation, cardiac arrhythmia, etc., and the treatment is ineffective for a long time, it is worthwhile to investigate the cervical spine, and avoid “treating the head when there is a headache and treating the foot when there is a pain”, because the lesion is probably in the cervical spine. It is very likely that the lesion is in the cervical spine.
