How is endometrial hyperplasia treated?

Endometrial hyperplasia is a precancerous lesion of endometrial cancer, and its cancer rate is as high as 30%. It is mostly seen in patients with increased estrogen. The source of estrogen is divided into endogenous, which is the patient’s own secretion of estrogen, and exogenous, which is estrogen from outside. Endogenous estrogen production can be caused by polycystic ovaries, obesity, prolonged ovulatory failure, and estrogen-secreting tumors of the ovaries. Exogenous estrogen can come from contaminated food, cosmetics, and postmenopausal estrogen applications. Most patients present with long-term menstrual disorders and abnormal uterine bleeding. The current clinical diagnosis requires diagnostic curettage or hysteroscopic biopsy to obtain a histopathological diagnosis. The current radical treatment is total hysterectomy, which can be performed minimally invasively via laparoscopy. Since many clinically diagnosed patients with endometrial hyperplasia and endometrial cancer are young and have not completed childbirth, they have a strong desire to preserve their uterus and have a healthy baby. We use pharmacological treatment combined with surgical treatment to successfully preserve the patient’s uterus. Many patients have already preserved their uterus and had children after my treatment, achieving excellent treatment results. At present, there are few hospitals in China that specialize in the clinical treatment of this disease. Since conservative treatment may cause tumor metastasis and endanger patients’ lives, most hospitals are unwilling to take conservative treatment to avoid risks, and patients often seek treatment from multiple sources without success. In order to meet the needs of patients and realize their dream of having a healthy baby, I will provide relevant consultation to patients who are unsuccessful in seeking medical treatment and can make an appointment by booking my quality. I will provide personalized consultation and treatment for the patient’s condition. I will also provide a reservation for a recent outpatient appointment.
