Computer control, eye strain how to do?

  Although staring at computer screens, smartphones, video games or other digital devices for long periods of time won’t cause permanent eye damage, beware: your eyes can feel dry and tired. Some people experience headaches or motion sickness when watching 3D movies, suggesting problems with focus or depth perception.  Why do you think computer users suffer from eye strain?  Under normal circumstances, the average blink is about 18 times per minute, but research suggests that whether we are working or playing, the number of blinks is halved when we use a computer or other digital device.  Long periods of reading, writing, or other focused close work can lead to eye strain.  What can I do about eye strain?  1. Keep 25 inches (about 63 cm) from the screen and adjust the screen to a slightly overhead position; 2. Reduce screen glare by brightening the area, or wear goggles if needed; 3. to remind yourself to blink; 4, “20-20-20” rule: every 20 minutes to look 20 feet (about 6 meters) outside at least 20 seconds; 5, dry eyes to the eyes to a little artificial tears to moisten a little; 6, to ensure that the regular computer work and rest, as far as possible to ensure sufficient sleep.
