Are there any symptoms or signs of fetal termination?

Fetal arrest has symptoms. After fetal arrest, fetal movement will be reduced, pregnant women will show dark red or brown vaginal blood, early pregnancy reactions such as nausea, frequent urination, chest pain and other symptoms will disappear, and the basal body temperature will drop, accompanied by abdominal tightness, falling sensation, hidden pain or severe pain. Some pregnant women may not have any reaction after fetal arrest, but may have sudden abdominal pain symptoms. It is recommended to have ultrasound test in time to clarify whether the beating of the fetal heart is weakened or disappeared. Fetal arrest is mostly related to endogenous hormone deficiency caused by endocrine disorders in the mother, and is also associated with abnormal uterine morphology, reproductive tract infections and environmental factors. Therefore, if the mother-to-be finds that her baby’s fetal movement has significantly decreased, or has unexplained abdominal pain, or even accompanied by cramps and other characteristics, it is important to pay close attention.
