Overcoming OCD 10 mindfulness

  1.Accept the real me, abandon the ideal me.  2.Let nature take its course, do what is right, and do what you are afraid of.  3.Reaffirm, reattribute, refocus, and re-evaluate.  4.Doing nothing and doing something, overcoming strength with softness and overcoming strength with strength.  5.Super inhibition, preemptive occupation.  6, positive thinking: live in the moment, no judgment, no separation, no expectations.  7.Be brave, do not run away, do not give up.  8.Exercise: running, cycling, swimming, fitness.  9.Do not force good feelings, do not reject bad feelings, do not cover up tension, do not pursue perfection, do not seek a straight path, but seek not to stop the pace of life forward.  10.Self-discipline and persistence .
