  Orthokeratology is a method of correcting myopia and slowing its progression, but not all people are suitable. Patients with severe dry eye. Myopia can be controlled only after treatment.  4. Those who cannot cooperate with the physician’s instructions on maintenance, lens wear and regular review should not be forced to undergo correction.  5. All congenital eye diseases should be excluded.  Suitable people: 1. No cone cornea, marginal corneal degeneration and other abnormal corneal lesions.  2. No acute conjunctival disease, other eye diseases.  3. Understand the principle of keratoplasty and potential problems, compliance.  4. Age between 8 and 40 years old, more suitable for the control and treatment of adolescent myopia.  5. Myopia in -0.50D ~ -6.00D, corneal astigmatism within -1.50D, inverse astigmatism in -0.75D. 6. K value in 41D ~ 46D, e value larger ≥ 0.4. 7. Normal pupil size (normal illumination less than 5.0mm), corneal diameter ≥ 11.0mm. 8. Intraocular pressure within the normal value.  9. Individual conditions: good hygiene conditions and good health habits.  No unsuitable state during the trial wearing process, such as eyelids are too tight, etc.
