1. What parts of the body have been experiencing discomfort or pain for 1 week?
2. Have you had any pain or discomfort during urination or sexual intercourse for 1 week?

5.How often do you still feel the urge to urinate after urination?

Of the nine questions above, the first six questions are relatively objective because they have certain quantitative values, while the last three questions are more subjective in terms of quality of life.
