Manifestations of delayed language development in children

Delayed speech development in children means that they do not call their father or mother when parents think they should, or they do not say three or four words in a row when they should. Observe that the child’s eyes are rolling, he/she can understand the words and follow the instructions, but he/she cannot express them, which means the speech development is delayed. The first step is to rank the child’s hearing and test it. Some children with congenital hearing loss cannot hear external stimuli and may not respond accordingly. If the hearing is fine, the brain development should be checked, an MRI should be performed, and a pediatric rehabilitation physician should be consulted to troubleshoot the problem.
