Do gray hairs get more and more plucked?

It is a folk saying that gray hair does not get more and more, but there is no scientific basis for it, but it is also not recommended to pluck gray hair because it may cause damage to the hair follicles. The appearance of gray hair is divided into two causes, acquired and congenital, congenital is seen in patients with a family history, and does not require treatment; but if it is acquired and occurs in the teenage years, called teenage gray hair, is commonly known as “less white head” will require treatment. The causes are mostly related to insufficient nutrition, chronic mental stress and insufficient sunlight exposure. It is recommended that the child visit a hospital as soon as possible to avoid delaying the condition. However, it is not recommended to pluck all the gray hair by yourself, if the hair follicles are damaged when plucking the gray hair, it can lead to hair loss and other undesirable situations. The appearance of gray hair is not only related to diet, but also has a lot to do with the work and living environment they live in, so patients should learn to adjust their emotions and not bring the stress of work into their lives to reduce the production of gray hair.
