Factors of Fallopian tube tumor and its harm

Fallopian tube cancer is usually a dull pain in the lower abdomen on the affected side, caused by the enlargement of the fallopian tubes. Sometimes the pain is paroxysmal colic, which is caused by spasmodic contraction of the fallopian tube. The pain will be relieved after a large amount of fluid is discharged from the vagina, but in some cases, severe abdominal pain is caused by complications. As for the danger of tubal cancer, we should know that tubal cancer is asymptomatic in early stage, but when the disease develops, “Gu-linked disease” of tubal cancer may appear, i.e. obstruction of fluid discharge, abdominal pain and pelvic mass. Fallopian tube cancer is very rare, and benign is more rare than malignant. Therefore, women should not let down their guard on the danger of tubal cancer. Most of them are secondary cancers, accounting for 80-90% of tubal malignant tumors. Most of the primary foci are located in ovaries and uterine body, but they can also come from the opposite fallopian tube, cervical cancer, rectal cancer, breast cancer and metastasis. About 50% of patients with fallopian tube cancer have vaginal fluid discharge, which is yellow watery liquid, usually without odor, and the amount varies and is often intermittent. This is the most specific symptom of fallopian tube cancer. As for the danger of tubal cancer, it mostly occurs in the middle of menstruation or after menopause, and is irregular small amount of bleeding, and scraping is often negative. During gynecological examination, thickening or masses of one or both fallopian tubes can be palpated. The masses are solid and cystic in nature, salami-like or irregular in shape, with light tenderness and often limited in movement. The masses shrink after fluid drainage. After fluid accumulation, it will increase again. Therefore, the danger of fallopian tube cancer should not be underestimated. The development of fallopian tube cancer may be related to chronic inflammatory stimulation. Because of the difficulty in early diagnosis of primary fallopian tube cancer, the prognosis is extremely poor, with a 5-year survival rate of about 21%-44%. So, what are the factors that lead to fallopian tube tumor? 1. Age: benign tumors mostly occur in women in their reproductive stage, malignant tumors mostly occur in older women, and a few special types of tumors occur in adolescent and young women. 2.Fertility: Some gynecological tumors are related to fertility, and their onset is related to premature delivery, close birth, multiple births and other fertility factors. 3.Sexual hygiene: unclean sexual life can cause infections in female reproductive organs, such as: vaginitis, cervicitis, cervical erosion, tubal inflammation and so on. They become important factors in the development of vulvar cancer, vaginal cancer, cervical cancer and fallopian tube cancer. 4.Endocrine: Female reproductive organs are the main target organs of female hormones, and the occurrence of their tumors is closely related to endocrine. Long-term high level of estrogen stimulation is one of the factors for the development of fallopian tube cancer and ovarian cancer. 5.Bad lifestyle: smoking, especially heavy smoking, may be one of the important reasons to induce cervical cancer and fallopian tube cancer. According to epidemiological survey, the risk of this disease in women who smoke is 2 times higher than that in non-smoking women.
