For partially unruptured intracranial aneurysms no special specific nursing measures are involved. Health education should be provided to patients, such as keeping blood pressure stable and reducing bad habits, including staying up late, stress, excitement or smoking and alcohol abuse. For ruptured aneurysms, different nursing measures should be carried out according to the severity, as follows: 1. For mild cases, patients can rest in bed and avoid stimulation; 2. For severe cases, such as unconsciousness and limb paralysis, nursing measures should be strengthened. These include turning and patting the back to prevent the emergence of crushing pneumonia, helping to catheterize to prevent urinary tract infection, performing regular pneumatic therapy to prevent the emergence of venous thrombosis in the lower extremities, and paying attention to the observation of local bone elevation to avoid pressure sores. All of the above are priorities that must be taken into account in daily care, mainly to avoid serious complications for patients, such as pulmonary inflammation, urinary tract infection, lower extremity thrombosis and pressure sores. All of the above complications will prolong the recovery time of the patient, will cause corresponding pain to the patient and will have a negative impact on the patient.
