Intracranial aneurysms are typed in the following two ways: 1. according to the morphology of the aneurysm: they are divided into saccular aneurysm, shuttle aneurysm and intercalated aneurysm. Cystic aneurysms can be treated by surgical clamping or intravascular embolization intervention, while shuttle aneurysms and interstitial aneurysms can only be treated by intervention. 2. Aneurysms less than 2mm are difficult to clamp surgically and require interventional treatment, while aneurysms of other sizes can be treated by surgical clamping or interventional methods.
