What are the early manifestations of plasmacytoid mastitis?

The early symptoms of plasmacytoid mastitis are as follows: 1. Sudden onset of breast lumps: the lumps usually occur around the nipple or areola, the onset is relatively rapid, and the patient may feel local painful discomfort, possibly accompanied by tingling. The size of the lump varies, the shape is irregular, the texture is hard, and the surface may appear nodule-like changes; 2, skin changes: the skin around the lump may appear flushed, swollen, individual patients may have a burning sensation, pain is more obvious, and there may even be heavy inflammatory manifestations, such as fever, chills, muscle aches and pains, but it is relatively rare; 3, nipple overflow: mostly manifested as pale yellow, rice pulp color or bloody overflow.
