What are the vocal cords afraid of?

Fear of emotional excitement: arguing and fighting with others, shouting and losing temper, causing acute damage, bleeding and edema in the mucous membrane of the vocal cords, resulting in hoarseness.       Fear of excessive speech: prolonged excessive use of voice, frequent vibration of the double vocal folds, and excessive friction, which can easily produce chronic damage to the epithelium, chronic congestion, and hypertrophy, causing hoarseness.       Fear of tobacco and alcohol stimulation: After drinking and smoking a lot, it will cause congestion and swelling of the vocal cords, which will cause hoarseness.       Fear of staying up all night and exertion: After staying up all night and exertion, people’s physical fitness and physical condition will decline, and the vocal cords will become less tolerant, which will easily cause congestion and swelling, resulting in hoarseness. After the age of 40, people’s physical fitness and physical state are not as good as before, and they are busy at work, socializing and sleeping less, so they often feel fatigued and tired, which makes them more prone to hoarseness.
