What is the cause of menstrual cramps and pain in the root of the thigh?

The lower abdomen is very close to the root of the thighs. Pain at the root of the thighs is also unbearable during dysmenorrhoea, and many of these are normal conditions.
The main cause may be caused by the pain of dysmenorrhoea radiating to the root of the thighs, but intestinal and uterine disorders also need to be ruled out. If the pain is severe, a gynaecological or gastroenterological examination may also be carried out. Patients with dysmenorrhoea are advised to adjust their diet to ensure adequate nutrition, eat less cold food and ensure a regular routine to help relieve the pain in the thighs.
