Fetal development at 29 weeks

The development of the fetus at 29 weeks varies from baby to baby due to various maternal factors. Usually, the fetal development at 29 weeks is about 36cm in length, 1200 to 1300g in weight, 7.50±0.65cm in biparietal diameter, 23.71±1.50cm in abdominal circumference, 5.61±0.44cm in femur, initial formation of subcutaneous fat, fingernails can be seen, the fetal brain and internal organs continue to develop, and the baby’s vision has developed. The baby’s vision has developed. For pregnant mothers at 29 weeks, due to the enlargement of the uterus, it is easy to feel full after meals. It is recommended to eat a small number of meals, and you can eat more high quality protein foods, such as fish and shrimp, and also eat more fresh vegetables and fruits. In addition, the weight of the fetus on the birth certificate is only an approximate reference indicator, the actual weight of the fetus may vary, and it is not always accurate to guess the size of the fetus based on the size of the pregnant woman’s belly, because some pregnant women’s belly is large does not necessarily mean that the baby’s weight is large, some may be more amniotic fluid or more subcutaneous fat of the pregnant woman, the actual fetus delivered may not be heavier than the pregnant mother whose belly looks smaller. The actual baby delivered may not necessarily be heavier than the baby delivered by a pregnant woman with a smaller belly. In short, as long as the indicators in the maternity checkup are probably normal or within the reference range, don’t worry and just have regular maternity checkups.
