Will I still lose my vision after laser surgery?

We have taken two aspects into consideration when selecting patients for surgery: (1) Generally speaking, the human eye is fully developed after the age of 18 and the degree of myopia is more stable, so surgery after the age of 18 is generally less likely to result in recurrence of myopia. (2) The patient’s myopia is more stable within 2 years, and the results of the surgery are also stable. Therefore, in general, myopia rarely occurs again after excimer laser surgery, and even if it does, most of it is not caused by the surgery itself, but by the deepening of the patient’s original myopia. If myopia occurs again, you can wear glasses to correct it, or you can undergo excimer laser surgery again, which is also safe.
