Portal cirrhosis characteristics

Portal cirrhosis is a relatively common type of cirrhosis, with the following main characteristics: 1. Some patients will have a dark complexion, which is called sallow in Chinese medicine; 2. Some patients may have anemia; 3. Patients will also have abdominal distention and oliguria, which are mostly seen in patients with advanced cirrhosis. Also accompanied by abdominal wall varices, body wasting, etc.; 4. Laboratory tests may reveal that the patient’s albumin is reduced, and routine blood tests may reveal anemia, elevated transaminases, abnormal transaminases, jaundice, etc.
