Hand sweating is usually not associated with systemic symptoms and systemic disease, so it generally does not require excessive treatment, and the vast majority of hand sweats, have a tendency to resolve on their own. For treatment, patients with hand sweating related to nervousness can be treated with glutamate or valium as prescribed by the doctor; for more severe hand sweating, atropine can be used as appropriate, but it is not recommended for routine use, and superficial x-ray irradiation is also available; for topical treatment, lead acetate solution or alum solution can be used for local immersion or application.
