Hand sweating disorder, or hand sweating disorder, is a fairly common functional localized abnormal sweating of unknown origin. Because of its ethnic specificity, young people growing up in subtropical regions are particularly prone to this problem. The secretion of sweat glands is controlled by the sympathetic nerves, and hand sweating is caused by unexplained sympathetic hyperactivity. The patient with hand sweating, whether in the summer heat or in the cold climate, their palms, soles and armpits are always sweaty, wet and cold, and in severe cases the hands can be sweating in the form of drops of beads, and sweating is even more powerful when emotionally stressed. People with hand sweating often blot the paper when writing, school-age teenagers may get their exam papers wet because of severe hand sweating and affect their exams, dripping wet keyboards when typing leads to destruction, and fingerprint recognition systems cannot be recognized affecting their work. People with a tendency to sweat a lot have chronically wet hands, which can easily cause peeling, and in severe cases the palms of the hands may even show symptoms of eczema dermatitis. Although the symptoms of hand sweating are not harmful to the patient’s health, many people with hand sweating are in a state of “panic” on a daily basis. This is because adolescents are afraid to shake hands with others, hold hands, and have low self-esteem, are afraid to make friends, and even have anxiety and other psychological problems; as adults, this can cause great inconvenience in work, social life, and life, lowering the patient’s self-confidence and making them suffer internally.
