It is common for us to see a friend with an ulcer on the scalp that does not heal after oral anti-inflammatory drugs and medication changes. We should not be careless when we encounter this situation. 1.It should be seen in a larger hospital, highly suspected to be skin cancer. 2.Characteristics of basal cell carcinoma of scalp: early skin is slightly raised, yellowish or pinkish nodules, often painless, then gradually peeling off skin, like small scales, and then ulceration and blood oozing occurs when it develops again. Finally, the lesion is in the shape of a pit, such as ulcers. 3.Preferred site: often occurs in the face. 4.Treatment: Surgery is still the preferred method of treatment. Radiotherapy, chemotherapy, freezing and laser treatment are supplementary.
