How to treat mandibular gland cysts

Patient: Description of the condition (onset, main symptoms, hospital visited, etc.): Just found previously unnoticed, no pain. Ultrasound: A mixed mass of 24*15MM in the right submandibular gland, predominantly cystic in nature, with abundant blood flow signal None Is immediate surgery required? If so, which hospital in Wuxi would be a good place for surgery? In what department? Doctor: Cysts do not usually occur in the submandibular gland. It may be a sublingual gland cyst or a vascular malformation. Patient: What is seen on ultrasound: A mixed sound mass of about 23*15mm in size is seen in the right submandibular gland, which is predominantly cystic in nature, and CDFI: richer blood flow signal is seen within it. Ultrasound suggestion: a mixed acoustic mass in the right submandibular gland. The doctor examined it by hand as a right submandibular mass. Two possibilities: 1, lymphatic mass 2, benign tumor Doctor: puncture examination.
