Causes of rattling joints

Joints are the joints between bones, with which humans can move flexibly. Joints make loud noises, which can be popping, breaking, grinding, and fracturing sounds. The most common of these is the breaking sound, which can occur in the finger joints, knee joints, ankles, back and neck. The film often appears in such a shot, twisting the neck before the fight, the sound of breaking. There are several reasons for joint ringing: 1. Gas escapes – such as the sound made by breaking fingers There is joint fluid in the joints that acts as a lubricant, and the fluid contains oxygen, nitrogen and carbon dioxide. When the joint is squeezed, the joint capsule expands and contracts, the gas is quickly released, forming bubbles, and there is a ringing sound. This mechanism is to prevent the joint from being squeezed again, because it is necessary to wait for the gas to return to the joint fluid before it can be squeezed again. 2, joint, tendon and ligament activity – such as the sound of forced excessive leg compression When moving, if the posture and position are not right, there will be a ringing sound. This is also a reminder that the position is not right. 3. Rough surfaces – such as the sound of arthritis patients walking After arthritis occurs, a rough surface appears because of the loss of smooth cartilage, and a ringing sound occurs when rubbing. Under normal circumstances, joint ringing is normal and nothing happens. Regardless of the cause, joint ringing itself does not need to be treated because it does not cause any problems later in life, and there are no special exercises or supplements that can prevent it. What is really noteworthy is when the ringing is accompanied by pain, or when the ringing is accompanied by swelling, both of which require a visit to the doctor, especially in the knee. 1. Torn meniscus. It occurs mainly in young people, especially with sports injuries. 2. Cartilage damage or wear and tear. Wear and tear occurs mainly in middle-aged and older people, the most serious being osteoporosis. 3, cartilage wear is inevitable with age, joint ringing is not enough to worry about, what is worth worrying about is the health of the knee, because osteoporosis is not treatable, but only by prevention. 4, knee health first rely on exercise, at least twice a week, so that the knee and legs become strong, especially the muscles supporting the knee. When exercising, warm up and do stretching exercises, not too strenuous at first. Exercise shoes should also keep up with your feet and be replaced regularly, as there is wear and tear on the shoes themselves. Secondly and more importantly, is to maintain a healthy weight, as being overweight and obese is a major risk factor for osteoporosis. 5, as long as there is no pain or swelling, there is no need to worry about ringing joints.
