What is the key to prevent heat rash?

  Every summer in July and August, many children come to the pediatric department with prickly heat. Most of these children have small red spots on their foreheads, necks, backs, inner thighs, etc., which are painful and itchy. The itchy little babies who can’t talk keep rubbing themselves in their parents’ arms, scratching their skin with their hands and crying in pain, which is heartbreaking.  What is the key to prevent heat rash?  1, keep the room ventilated and cool to reduce sweating and facilitate the evaporation of sweat.  2, clothing should be wide, easy to evaporate sweat. Change wet clothes in time.  3, often keep the skin clean and dry, often dry towel wipe sweat or use warm water to bathe regularly.  4.After the occurrence of prickly heat, avoid scratching to prevent secondary infection.
