How to get rid of heat rash

  Prickly heat is the most common skin disease in the summer, occurring mostly on the neck, armpits, chest and back, elbow fossa and N fossa. In children, it can occur on the scalp and face. Prickly heat is a painful and itchy condition that causes children to cry and fuss.  There are folk remedies to treat heat rash with groundnut powder, which is inexpensive, safe and effective.  The method is as follows: wash and thinly slice fresh groundnut, dry it and grind it into a fine powder. Wash and dry the local skin of prickly heat, and apply the groundnut powder as prickly heat powder to the affected area 2-3 times a day. If the child has diaper dermatitis, it can also be used on the buttocks, usually 3-5 days to heal.
