One pill Suhexiang Pill is composed of 14 herbs, including Suhexiang, incense, musk, clove, frankincense, benzoin, Qingmuxiang (according to Zhang Zunru et al. (3), this Qingmuxiang is the present-day Guangmuxiang), Xiangxiang, white sandalwood, ice chips, vermilion, white atractylodes, wicker, and kozi flesh, etc. There are nearly ten kinds of aromatic herbs in the formula, bringing together the crown of all the aromatic herbs to achieve its strong pungent aroma to remove obscenities and detoxify, move qi and relieve depression, dispel cold and clear turbidity, open the orifice It is also known as the “aromatic herb”.
