Can myopia be restored?

Whether myopia can be restored depends on whether the patient is pseudomyopia or true myopia. If the diagnosis of pseudomyopia is confirmed by a doctor, there is a possibility of recovery. If the diagnosis of true myopia is confirmed, the possibility of natural recovery is low, and glasses or surgical treatment is needed to restore vision. The current medical opinion is that myopia is irreversible, so after suffering from true myopia, it is impossible to restore your vision through your own efforts. After having myopia, there will be varying degrees of vision loss, so it is important to improve vision through various optical correction methods. This will ensure clear visual quality, avoid eye strain, and also slow down the rate of myopia increase. Among the methods of myopia correction include the use of corneal contact lenses, wearing frame glasses or refractive surgery treatment. Myopia focuses on prevention, doing eye exercises after using the eyes, and using eye drops to relieve eye strain. In normal life, we should reduce the intensity of eye use and look into the distance more often, which also has the effect of relieving eye strain.
