Babies with scarlet fever who are in stable condition after regular and systematic treatment usually get well in 7-14 days, usually in about 10 days. If the condition is serious or combined with complications, the course of treatment may take longer, depending on the individual.
1. Scarlet fever has an incubation period of 1-7 days, and then enters the prodromal stage, which is characterized by fever, redness, swelling, pus and pain in the throat.
2. Fever for a few hours to 1 day rash, rash heat high, manifested as tiny red papules, skin scarlet, from the neck, armpits, inguinal, 2-3 days spread all over the body, there are special manifestations, such as ring mouth pale circle, strawberry tongue, pachyderm line.
3. 3-5 days after the rash is complete, the body heat, rash gradually recede, after the rash recedes, there is a large area of peeling skin, no hyperpigmentation.
