When it’s time for a hysteroscopy

  1. Examination of the causes of infertility: to understand whether the intrauterine environment and the morphology of the opening of the fallopian tubes are normal, to observe the growth of the endometrium, to check for the presence of uterine adhesions, endometrial hyperplasia or endometrial polyps and submucosal fibroids, and to locate biopsy if necessary; 2. Assessment of abnormal uterine fallopian tube photography; 3. Direct visual observation of intrauterine abnormalities suggested by ultrasound; 4. Examination of abnormal uterine bleeding; 5. To investigate the cause of recurrent spontaneous abortion; 6. Endometrial localization biopsy. More valuable is the minimally invasive surgical treatment that can be done along with the above examinations, such as endometrial polyp removal, myomectomy, separation of uterine adhesions, longitudinal resection, removal of foreign bodies, etc.
