Can celiac disease recur after surgery?

Since 2008, the disease of celiac disease has been medically abolished and replaced by cervical columnar epithelial ectasia, which is a normal physiological phenomenon. The term celiac disease refers to a red area with a fine granular appearance in the vaginal part of the cervix at the external opening of the cervix. The cause of cervical appearance of celiac disease can be early cervical cancer, can be a physiologic phenomenon, or can be chronic cervical inflammation. Therefore, if a patient has cervical erosion, the first step is to perform a cervical cytologic examination to exclude the presence of cervical precancerous lesions or cervical cancer. If the cervical erosion is merely ectopic cervical columnar epithelium, no treatment is needed. If it is caused by chronic inflammation of the cervix and combined with obvious symptoms, appropriate treatment can be carried out, either by medication or physical therapy (commonly used treatments include cryotherapy, ironing, laser therapy, microwave therapy, infrared coagulation therapy, etc.). Physical therapy methods are similar to each other, the principle is to destroy the single layer of columnar epithelium on the surface of the cervical erosion by various physical methods, so that after necrosis and detachment, it is covered by the newborn complex squamous epithelium. However, if chronic inflammation of the cervix occurs again, there is still a possibility that pathologic erosion will occur again. For cervical erosion, the first thing to do is to find the cause of the disease, and then give appropriate treatment.
