Is there any medicine to make burns without scarring?

When the skin injury reaches the deep dermis, the healing of the skin needs to be relied upon to repair the remaining skin attachments, namely the epithelial extension of the ducts of the hair follicles, sebaceous glands, and sweat glands, when a large number of collagen fibers are disorganized under the epithelium and a large amount of matrix is deposited between them, forming a hard scar, or even a scar contracture in the transarticular area affecting joint movement or limb function. The key to scar formation is the depth of the skin injury and whether it is co-infected or not. Once the depth of the burn reaches the deep second degree, or the infection deepens in superficial second degree burns, scarring is bound to remain after healing. So far, there is no drug that can make deep second degree burns or even deeper burns heal without scarring, and there is no drug that can make the formed scar return to normal skin. The only way to avoid scarring is to take the correct first aid measures mentioned above immediately after the burn and try to keep the burn to a shallow second degree. Adopting scientific and reasonable treatment measures, not using unqualified drugs or prescriptions, not damaging the wound further, and avoiding infection and deepening of superficial second-degree burns is also one of the effective measures to prevent scarring. For deep burns, especially deep burns on joints and other functional parts, early scab cutting surgery, implantation of thicker skin or composite skin and flap repair, together with postoperative functional rehabilitation, can reduce the degree of scarring and restore the function of functional parts.
