How to treat blurry eyes

Blurred eyes should first be seen in a hospital to clarify the cause and treat the cause. If the blurred eyes occur after a long period of close eye use and can be recovered by resting with eyes closed for a while, consider it to be caused by visual fatigue or dry eye disease, and can be treated by resting the eyes, applying hot compresses, and ordering eye drops to relieve dry eye disease and visual fatigue; if the blurred eyes are clear at near places and blurred at far places, consider it to be caused by myopia, and can be corrected with myopia glasses or myopia laser surgery; if the blurred eyes are clear at near places and clear at far places, consider it to be caused by presbyopia, and can be corrected with presbyopia glasses. If the blurred vision is caused by presbyopia, presbyopic glasses can be used to correct the problem. These are the conditions that occur more often in daily life and can be relieved or corrected on their own. Other causes of blurred vision should be promptly seen in an ophthalmology clinic for timely treatment of the cause: if painless progressive blurred vision in the elderly is considered to be caused by cataracts, mild cataracts can be left untreated or eye drops to delay the development of cataracts should be chosen, while surgery should be chosen for moderate cataracts or above. Cataract is the main cause of painless chronic blurred vision in the elderly. For example, vascular disease (such as retinal artery blockage, retinal vein blockage, vitreous hemorrhage, ischemic optic neuropathy) should be treated with vasodilating, nerve-nourishing and blood-stasis activating drugs; retinal detachment should be treated with drugs or surgery depending on the cause; optic neuritis should be treated with hormonal anti-inflammatory therapy; glaucoma should be treated with drugs and laser first, and surgery is feasible if the IOP is still uncontrollable; age-related macular degeneration and diabetic retinopathy should be treated with surgery. Age-related macular degeneration and diabetic retinopathy should be treated medically or surgically according to the type and stage. Keratitis and iritis should be treated with antibacterial eye drops, antiviral eye drops, antifungal eye drops or hormonal eye drops depending on the cause. Blurred eyes may contain a variety of causes, if the vision can be corrected by rest or glasses can be resolved on their own, the appearance of unexplained blurred vision should be promptly to the ophthalmology consultation to clarify the cause, the cause of treatment.
