What is the cause of neck pain in young people?

In young people, neck pain may be related to work strain, prolonged posture and strenuous rotational movements of the neck.
It is advisable to go to hospital for further clarification of the cause by completing the relevant imaging tests.
If it is frequent and does not resolve easily, traumatic neck changes or myofasciitis of the neck should first be ruled out.
If there is also a history of neck trauma or numbness in the hands or upper limbs, cervical spondylosis needs to be ruled out.
If there is painful discomfort and limited movement in other joints in conjunction with limited neck movement, consider the possibility of other rheumatic immune-related primary conditions.
